Every Tuesday night, a bunch of us from school get together and draw. Good way of making the ideas flow. Heres what came out of last week:

Again concepts for a friends fantasy novel. Tried to think of ways a human-wolf could look without going with the typical design, but its hard. ill probably do a few more...



realism didnt work as well for this kind of thing, i like the design though.


walking tarzan style, the knuckles turned out pretty cool, also like the hair that stops at the wrist


a little off; my friend's versions are mainly supposed to be more on the brutish side.

character concept for a friends fantasy novel. I didnt tell him I was doing it (it was a spur of the moment thing) so all i was really going with was the fact that she had a big sword.

it took alot of self control, but i forced myself past muscles and 'finished' a character.

I know he would have looked better with the classic horned helmet but I was trying to change things up a bit. I like the style in his beard, but I didnt always know how/try to give the rest that same look.

first drawing in a new sketchbook. to keep things nice and fresh i did something i havnt done in a while....self portrait.


went for a little more stylized with this dwarf guy. I always plan on doing a full character but have too much fun with anatomy....

again, muscles are too cool. when i grow up, i wanna be the hulk.
